Simpleday

Terms

Last updated 4 September 2026.

These are the terms for using Simpleday. Plain English on purpose; if something here is unclear, ask and we will fix the wording rather than hide behind it.

Simpleday is operated by Web Pros, a Utah business (“we”, “us”). Post reaches us at 304 S Jones Blvd. #2092, Las Vegas, NV 89107. By using it you agree to what follows.

What Simpleday is

A tool that holds one inbound thing and everything it turned into — tasks, dates, documents, questions to other people — and works out what to do next. It is access by invitation at present and free while it is. If that changes we will tell workspace owners before it does, not after.

What Simpleday is not

This matters more than the rest of the page.

Your data is yours

You keep every right in what you put in. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is needed to run the product for you. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. We will not hold your data hostage, ever, for any reason.

What we ask of you

Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. It runs on ordinary cloud infrastructure and it will occasionally be down. Email is checked every couple of minutes rather than instantly, so treat it as a place things land reliably, not immediately. Do not rely on Simpleday alone for a deadline you cannot afford to miss — it is there to make sure you know about the deadline, not to be the only thing that does.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete everything. We may close a workspace for a serious breach of these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the product — and if we ever stop, we will give you your data first.

Liability

Simpleday is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law will not let us exclude. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a missed deadline, penalty, lost contract or lost profit. Because the product is free, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you have paid us (currently nothing) and US$100. If you need more assurance than that, we should talk about a written agreement instead.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes go to workspace owners by email, with the date on this page updated. Continuing to use it after that means accepting them.

Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and its courts.
